Ordering cycle

Orders placed Monday to Wednesday are scheduled for Thursday delivery. Orders placed Thursday to Saturday are scheduled for Sunday delivery. Orders received outside these windows will be assigned to the next available batch and confirmed through WhatsApp.

Self-pickup

Self-pickup: OUG Parklane, Off Jalan Puchong, Kuala Lumpur. Pickup time must be confirmed through WhatsApp.

Bring an insulated bag where possible and refrigerate the bottles immediately.

Cold-chain reminder: Keep products at 0–4°C where practicable, do not leave bottles in a hot vehicle and follow the production and expiry information on the bottle.
