Order confirmation

An order is confirmed only after product availability, delivery or pickup details and payment have been acknowledged through WhatsApp.

Fresh and perishable products

Purely Fruits juices are perishable chilled products. Normal change-of-mind returns are not accepted after production or delivery.

Quality issue

Report damaged seals, leakage, unusual smell, incorrect products or delivery damage as soon as possible, preferably with a clear photo and order details. Valid quality issues may receive replacement, credit or refund after review.

Delivery

Customers must provide accurate contact and address details and be available within the agreed delivery window. Additional delivery costs may apply for failed delivery attempts.

Responsible use

Keep bottles chilled, follow the date information on the bottle and review all ingredients before consumption.
